Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 1130 and Gilbert Dr in Orange County, TX on July 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:55 a.m. A Dodge Ram 2500 operated by 39-year-old Sydney Frazier III reportedly lost control at a curve and veered from the road into a ditch. It struck trees before veering into a patch of standing water. Frazier suffered serious injuries. Responding officers say the odor of alcohol was believed to be on the the breath of Frazier and suspect possible intoxication.
