What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured two people at TX 103 in Angelina County, TX on August 8th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:55 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 51-year-old Dallas man headed northbound on FM 326 when it failed to stop at a designated stopping point leading to a brake lock up. A Ford F-150 making a turn onto the southbound side of the road collided with the truck and its two occupants suffered minor injuries. They were identified as 38-year-old Tabitha Sullivan and 57-year-old Tina Sullivan. The truck driver was not injured and charged with Failure to Stop at Designated Point at Stop Sign.
