Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at FM 1179 and Willis Vanhook Dr in Bryan, TX on June 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9:47 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado operated by 25-year-old Talia Roe Pleason was struck by a Ford Focus that reportedly failed to yield. Pleason suffered serious injuries in the crash. The driver of the Focus, a 25-year-old Bryan man, was evaluated for injuries along with two child passengers. A third child passenger, age 7, suffered serious injuries. Police also issued the man a DWI charge, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon charge and three counts of Endangering a Child.
