Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 1187 in Tarrant County, TX on July 17th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:31 p.m. According to investigators, a Genesis sedan westbound before allegedly failing to control its speed and colliding with a Chevrolet Silverado stopped in traffic. Authorities say the 28-year-old driver of the Silverado, identified as Tamia Smith, was seriously injured. The other driver was not publicly identified and allegedly uninjured.
