Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-410 in San Antonio, TX on September 15th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:47 a.m. A box truck operated by a 66-year-old Lockhart, TX man reportedly performed an improper lane change and collided with a Dodge Dart already in the lane. The driver of the Dodge, 21-year-old Tania Fleuritia Hartono, suffered minor injuries in the crash. The Lockhart man was not injured and charged with Improper Lane Change.
