Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured everyone involved at FM 1854 in Caldwell County, TX on November 19th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 12:23 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado was southeast before allegedly traveling onto the wrong side of the road and colliding head-on with a Hyundai Elantra. Reports say the driver of the Hyundai, identified as 28-year-old Tania Martinez-Borja and 34-year-old passenger, Abel Enciso, were seriously injured. Reports further indicate that three additional child passengers as well as the 19-year-old Austin man operating the Silverado were also seriously injured. Sources show an Intoxication Assault charge was recommended and/or issued against the operator of the Chevrolet. Additional information was not available.
