Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a teen at 7th St in Dalhart, TX on April 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:30 p.m. A Ford Flex operated by 43-year-old Stephanie Baldwin was headed northbound on Olive Ave when it allegedly disregarded a stop sign and collided with the rear of a motorcycle operated by a 17-year-old male. The bike lost control and struck a curb as a result, leaving the teen with serious injuries. Reports indicate Baldwin, who police suspect may have been under the influence of alcohol and was not injured, left the scene without stopping to render aid.
