What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a teen at Landa Park Dr in New Braunfels, TX on July 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:12 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Cruze operated by 22-year-old Terry Tosh was exiting a parking lot, turning eastbound on Landa Park Dr. At the same time, a Toyota Rav 4 operated by a 39-year-old man was westbound on Landa. Police say the Cruze struck the Toyota head-on, leaving a 14-year-old passenger in the Toyota with suspected serious injuries. The driver was not injured, according to police, who say Tosh had suspected minor injuries. An Intoxication Assault w/Vehicle charge was recommended and/or issued.
