Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a teen at US 59 and Hill St in Polk County, TX on January 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:47 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by  a 48-year-old Ironton, MO man is accused of performing an unsafe lane change and colliding with a Volkswagen Passat operated by an 18-year-old Livingston teen. The teen suffered minor injuries while the other driver was not injured. The driver was charged with Changing Lanes When Unsafe.
