What Happened

Howard County police are investigating a crash that killed a teen at I-20 in Howard County, TX on April 22nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. Investigators believe a GMC truck is alleged to have lost control while traveling at an unsafe speed. It veered from the road and went into a skid before overturning and ejecting a front seat passenger. The passenger, a 17-year-old male, was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from.
