What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a teen at I-35 Access Road in San Antonio, TX on November 12th, 2022. Police say Honda traveling at a high rate of speed lost control after striking bumps in the road. This caused the vehicle to lose control and veer from the road into a tree. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn multiple time, ejecting a teenage occupant and causing fatal injuries. Two other passengers were also ejected from the vehicle and hospitalized with serious injuries. A third occupant was extricated from the vehicle by emergency crews and taken to an area hospital also with serious injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
