Authorities have made an arrest in a hit-and-run accident at West Main St in Henderson, TX on May 12th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m.  Officials allege a truck operated by Jake Ryan Norman struck a teen before fleeing the scene. The teen, age 14, suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
