Horizon City Police have information on a hit-and-run that killed a teen at Darrington Rd and Pawling Dr in Horizon City, TX on February 7th, 2024. Officials say it happened around 6 p.m. Investigators say a vehicle, allegedly operated by 54-year-old Oscar Solis, struck a 17-year-old boy under unclear circumstances. Following the collision, reports allege the vehicle fled the scene. Officials say the teen was taken to an area hospital with injuries he later died from.
