Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at US 80 near Wills Point, TX on November 30th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 8:05 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Focus operated by 57-year-old Teresa Reyes was headed eastbound in a right lane as a westbound tractor-trailer was attempting to turn into a private drive. The Ford is said to have collided with the rear of the truck, leaving Reyes seriously injured and the truck driver uninjured. Reyes was taken to an area hospital with injuries she later died from.
