Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at State Hwy 495 in Mission, TX on June 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:28 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry operated by an unnamed 44-year-old Mission woman was turning northbound from East Griffin Pkwy when it allegedly failed to yield right of way. The vehicle collided with a westbound Volkswagen Jetta operated by 61-year-old Teresa Saenz, who has minor injuries from the crash. Her unnamed 61-year-old passenger had minor injuries as well while an unnamed 37-year-old had more serious injuries. The Mission woman was not injured.
