What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a collision that injured a driver at FM 372 in Cooke County, TX on September 7th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:03 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 63-year-old Terrell Lynn Davis was headed northbound on FM 372 when it veered from the road. It attempted to correct back onto the road before losing control and overturning and sliding into a tree. Davis suffered serious injuries and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
