What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 19 in Mineola, TX on August 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7:20 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 59-year-old Terry Allen reportedly lost control at a curve before veering from the road. It then struck multiple trees before ejecting both Allen and 57-year-old passenger, Lisa Allen. Terry suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Lisa was hospitalized with serious injuries.
