Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at US 287 and Avondale Haslet Rd in Tarrant County, TX on June 21st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:49 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by 43-year-old Terry Tate was headed southbound on US 287 when it reportedly veered from the road into a guardrail. Tate allegedly left the scene of the accident with injuries described as serious. Reports also indicate Driving While Intoxicated and Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle were recommended and/or issued.
