Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a person at TX 191 in Odessa, TX on June 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:24 p.m. A Dodge Charger operated by Hector Vasquez reportedly ran a red light at an intersection and collided with a motorcycle operated by 20-year-old Thomas Sanchez Hall Jr. Hall suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Vasquez was not injured and was issued a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.
