Police say the incident happened around 7:02 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner was approaching a flashing yellow light at the FM 967 intersection with Shot Parkway. At the same time, a motorcycle operated by 44-year-old Thomas Sullivan was traveling westbound on FM 967. Reports indicate the Toyota failed to yield, leading to a collision between the two vehicles.
