Officials in Hall County, TX, are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that occurred on February 8, 2025, at approximately 5:14 p.m. on Farm to Market Road 658, outside city limits. According to investigators, a  Dodge Ram 1500 was traveling southeast when it left its lane of travel for unclear reasons and struck the end of a bridge abutment. Authorities report that the crash resulted in the death of the vehicle’s driver, 70-year-old Thomas Williams.  No other injuries were reported. Additional information was not available.
