Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at State Hwy 29 in Llano County, TX on August 21st, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4:20 p.m. According to investigators, a Mazda 3 operated by an unidentified driver was reaching the top of a hill in a no passing zone before collided head-on with a Ford F-350. The collision caused the trailer attached to the truck became jack knifed before the vehicles caught fire, leaving the driver of the Ford with suspected serious injuries. The other driver was less seriously injured, according to sources. The driver of a commercial truck also involved had suspected minor injuries. Additional information was not immediately available.
