What Happened

San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that injured three people at Callaghan Rd and Evers Rd in San Antonio, TX on July 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry operated by 20-year-old Ivey Lee Zamora reportedly ran a red light before colliding with a Hyundai Elantra at the intersection. The Hyundai struck a curb and overturned, seriously injuring the 30-year-old woman driving. Two people in the Toyota were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Police allege Zamora was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.
