Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at Church Dr in Poteet, TX on August 18th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:38 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado operated by 62-year-old Raul Rivera was turning onto Church Dr when it collided with three pedestrians. One of the pedestrians, a 4-year-old girl, suffered serious injuries. A second 17-year-old child suffered less serious injuries as did a 24-year-old woman. Officers recommended and/or issued an Intoxication Assault charge.
