Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at FM 3001 in Marion County, TX on June 5th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:35 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford Expedition operated by a 27-year-old Marshall man was headed northwest at the time. Headed northeast on FM 2208 was an ambulance responding to a call. Police allege the Ford ran a stop sign at the intersection, colliding with the ambulance. Officials say both occupants of the Ford were seriously injured while a 46-year-old woman in the ambulance was also seriously injured. A second occupant had less serious injuries.
