What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured three people at  FM 387 and Chazlynn Ct in Ellis County, TX on March 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 7:37 a.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac CTS-V operated by a 38-year-old Waxahachie man was turning left from Chazlyn Court onto FM 387 when it collided with a westbound Chrysler 300 operated by an unnamed 38-year-old woman. She and her 18-year-old passenger were both serious injured in the collision as was a 6-year-old in the Cadillac. Police charged the Waxahachie man with Turning When Unsafe.
