Authorities in Colorado County, TX, are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on December 16, 2024, at approximately 9:09 p.m. on Interstate 10 in a marked construction zone. A Honda Accord became disabled in a traffic lane and was subsequently struck by a Buick LaCrosse traveling west. The 20-year-old male driver of the Honda and the 47-year-old male driver and 45-year-old female passenger in the Buick all sustained suspected serious injuries. Failure to drive in a single lane and becoming disabled in a traffic lane were identified as contributing factors.
