Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed three teens at US Hwy 82 and Business 277 in Archer County, TX on October 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Investigators believe a Chevrolet Camaro headed northeast on Business 277 lost control for unclear reasons while navigating a curve in the roadway. They believe the vehicle went into a skid before striking a culvert and overturning. Three passengers, two age 16 and one age 15, were killed.
