What Happened

Police have inforamtion on a crash that injured two people at Arapaho Rd in Jupiter Rd in Garland, TX on September 22nd, 2024. Officials are saying the incident happened around 3:04 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Rav4 is said to have exited a car wash in a parking lot, turning right at a sharp turn. Police say the vehicle collided with a parked, second Toyota Rav4, the impact pushing the vehicle into the driver of the second Toyota, who was standing outside the vehicle. Reports say that driver, identified as 57-year-old Thu Nguyen, was struck and pinned, suffering serious injuries. The other driver was not publicly identified and was allegedly uninjured. A 72-year-old passenger in their vehicle had minor injuries, reprots say. Additional information was not available.
