What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities charged a driver in connection with a crash that injured a person at Nasa Pkwy in Harris County, TX on October 4th, 2020. Police say that around 4:59 p.m., a vehicle occupied by Tierni Sager was rear ended by a pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed while stopped at a red light. After the collision the pickup truck fled the scene without the driver stopping to render aid or exchange insurance information. Police later located the driver, Noland Carcamo, who allegedly admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the collision. Police issued Carcamo a Failure to Stop and Render Aid charge. Sager was treated for undisclosed injuries.
