Authorities have information on a crash that killed two people at Hwy 35 in Rockport, TX on December 28th, 2023. Officials believe the incident happened around 10 p.m. According to investigates, a westbound Dodge Ram is alleged to have run a stop sign at the intersection with 16th St prior to colliding with a Kia Sportage. Reports say Timothy Greening and Pamela Greening, passengers in the Kia, were killed. The driver of the Kia, identified as Ulku Kaya as well an additional passenger, Robbert Greening, were hospitalized with serious injuries. The Dodge operator, who was not publicly identified, was also allegedly seriously injured. Reports indicate a charge of Manslaughter and an additional charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon were recommended and/or issued agains the operator of the Dodge.
