What Happened

Lubbock Police are investigating a crash that killed a man at North University Ave and FM 2641 in Lubbock County, TX on October 14th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. According to investigators, a pickup truck operated by 23-year-old Stephanie Marie Fair is said to have veered from its lane and veered into a north barrow ditch for unknown reasons. It struck 63-year-old Timothy Lee Harr, who was attempting to repair a tractor tire in a barrow ditch. Harr suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Fair was arrested on a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
