What Happened

A single vehicle crash led to three people being injured at Alief Clodine Rd in Houston, TX on October 23rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened round 6:50 a.m. According to investigators, a Lincoln Navigator operated by a 33-year-old male  was going westbound in an eastbound turn lane before veering out of its lane and into a grassy median. The vehicle collided with a tree, leaving 21-year-old passenger, Tomas Garcia, with serious injuries. A 16-year-old female passenger was also seriously injured. Officials have recommended Intoxication Assault charges.
