Officials are saying the incident happened around 4:01 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Bronco headed northbound on Stuebner Airline Rd is alleged to have run a red light before entering onto the wrong side of the roadway. There, reports say the vehicle collided with a Chevrolet Silverado, the impact leaving the drive of the Ford fatally injured. The Chevrolet operator, identified as 63-year-old Tommy Burrell, was seriously injured, officials say. Additional information was not immediately available.
