What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at Lowes Blvd in Killeen, TX on July 16th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:13 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Camry is alleged to have failed to yield right of before turning left while entering the parking lot entrance of a business. In the process of doing so, reports claim the vehicle struck a Honda CR-V in an outside eastbound lane before allegedly fleeing the scene. Police say the driver of the Honda, identified as 43-year-old Tonda Mcintosh, was seriously injured. Two passengers, ages 17 and 11, both allegedly had less serious injuries. The other driver was not publicly identified and allegedly found to have suffered minor injuries. Additional information was not available.
