Cherokee County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision that killed a pedestrian at FM 346 in Cherokee County, TX on January 23rd, 2022. Police are saying it happened around 11:57 p.m. A 43-year-old Tony Boswell is said to have been walking on the edge of the roadway prior to being struck by a deputy's vehicle that was headed southbound.
