Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at US 79 in Williamson County, TX on July 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:46 p.m. According to investigators, a Hyundai Elantra headed westbound on US 79 is said to have collided with a Dodge during headed eastbound. Authorities claim one of the vehicles may have failed to yield to the other vehicle, the impact causing one person in the Hyundai to be ejected from the vehicle into a ditch. Sources indicate the driver of the Dodge, identified as 34-year-old Troy Woolfolk, had injuries believed to be non-life-threatening in nature. 28-year-old passenger, Aaliyah Hurta, also had non-life-threatening injuries, reports say.
