Officials have inforamtion on a crash that injured at least two people at US 69 and 60th St in Port Arthur, TX on October 18th, 2024. Police believe the incident happened around 10:18 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Sentra headed northbound is alleged to have failed to control its speed before colliding with the rear of a GMC Terrain. The impact is said to have caused the GMC to lose control into a nearby ditch, leaving a 27-year-old passenger with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was allegedly uninjured while the driver of the Nissan, only identified as a 34-year-old Port Arthur man, was seriously injured. Additional details were not available.
