What Happened

Authorities have information on a crash that injured two people at US 90 and 7th St in Del Rio, TX on February 29th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:09 a.m. Investigators are saying a GMC Terrain was westbound on 7th St before it was struck by a southbound Kia Sportage allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed. The collision is said to have seriously injured the diver of the Kia and left a 32-year-old passenger in GMC with minor injuries. Authorities did not have any additional information.
