Houston Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed both drivers at I-69 in Houston, TX on April 11th, 2024. Officials believe the incident happened around 4 a.m. Initial reports allege a vehicle headed southbound in northbound lanes collided head-on with another vehicle.
