Authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Sam Houston Pkwy in Houston, TX on June 8th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a Tesla Model 3 was headed eastbound on Harwin while a Lexus IS 250 headed southbound on the Sam Houston Pkwy service road. Reports allege the Lexus may have run a red light at the intersection before colliding with the Tesla. Authorities say a 25-year-old passenger in the Lexus was seriously injured as well as the 38-year-old driver of the Tesla. Additional information was not immediately available.
