Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at I-20 in Ector County, TX on October 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 3:55 p.m. According to investigators, a Buick Lesabre operated by a 39-year-old driver who was not publicly identified was westbound at the time. Police allege the vehicle veered out of its lane and struck a tractor-trailer before overturning into a nearby shoulder. The Buick operator, who officials say had minor injuries, and a 29-year-old passenger, who had serious injuries, were both hospitalized for treatment. The tractor-trailer operator was uninjured, according to police.
