El Paso Police are investigating a crash that injured two officers at North Loop Dr and Lancaster Dr in El Paso, TX on July 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 9 p.m. Two El Paso Police Department officers were responding to a call when their vehicle collided with a Dodge Magnum operated by 26-year-old Jonathan Herrera reportedly ran a stop sign. The police vehicle then veered across the road and into a rock wall, causing minor injuries to the officers. Herrera's passenger was seriously injured.
