San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that injured two people at SW Military Dr in San Antonio, TX on March 17th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11 p.m. According to investigators, a Dodge Challenger that was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed while headed eastbound on Military Dr lost control for unknown reasons. The vehicle went into the westbound lanes and struck a Honda Civic stopped for a red light. The collision caused the Civic to be pushed into a Volkswagen directly behind it, pinning the driver of the Honda in the vehicle. Following emergency extrication, the Honda driver was hospitalized with with serious injuries. A passenger in the Dodge had less serious injuries and was also hospitalized. The driver of the Dodge was charged with failure to stop and reckless driving. Additional information was not available.
