Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at West Ford Street in Ector County, TX on July 17th, 2023. Police say the incident involved a vehicle, allegedly operated by 35-year-0ld Angel Nicolas. Officials allege a vehicle operated by Nicolas was seen losing control and overturning several times.
