Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at Petunia St and Business 83 in Pharr, TX on March 23rd, 2022. Police believe the accident happened around 3:55 a.m. According to initial reported, a BMW crossing the intersection was struck by an oncoming train. The driver was identified as 35-year-old Orlando Ozuna, who police say was determined to be intoxicated and arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge.
