Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two teens at Dugas Dr in San Antonio, TX on September 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8 a.m. A pair of teenage sisters were walking to school when a vehicle operated by Shelly Ann Castillo veered from the road and collided with the pair. They were pinned under the vehicle and, once freed, taken to an area hospital with serious injuries. Castillo was arrested on a charge of Intoxication Assault.
