Police say the motorcycle was either involved in a previous crash or suffering from mechanical issues at the time. The driver, identified as 38-year-old Udeme Antia, was attempting to move the vehicle from the roadway as the Ford neared. Police say the Ford struck the vehicle as a Ford F-150 approaching struck the vehicle and Antia. Following the collision, an additional vehicle also struck Antia.
