What Happened

Dallas Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision that killed a woman at Great Trinity Forest Way in Dallas, TX on January 10th, 2022. Officials are saying it happened around 11 p.m. near the intersection with Jim Miller Rd. A Ford Crown Victoria operated by an unidentified 29-year-old driver is said to have been traveling at a high rate of speed prior to colliding with a Chrysler 300 with five occupants. A passenger in the Ford, 21-year-old Unique Brown, died in the collision. The driver, who is alleged to have been driving while intoxicated, was hospitalized with  serious injuries. Police say she faces intoxication assault and intoxication manslaughter charges.
