Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Katy Hockley Rd in Katy, TX on August 26th, 2024. Place say the incident happened around 8:24 p.m. According to investigators, a Mercedes-Benz GLA was preceding through an intersection, allegedly after running a stop sign, before colliding with a Hyundai Accent. Authorities say both the driver of the Hyundai, 26-year-old Valian Charles and 27-year-old passenger, Syra Charles, were both seriously injured. A child passenger had unconfirmed injuries while the 29-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz allegedly had minor injuries and was cited for Running Stop Sign.
